In accordance with Chinese legend, green tea was developed by an who was out in the forest, and had just boiled a of water on his fire. Suddenly linkbuilding, a gust of wind create his fire and blew leaves from a nearby tree into the emperors heated water. When he came back, the emperor was upset, but nevertheless made a decision to drink the water and then realize that it now tasted excellent. Realizing what had happened, he took a few of the leaves from the tree home with him, and so conceived tea.
Whether thats true or not, there's no doubting that tea has a long and noble history in China and a great many other Parts of asia, and all of the tea they eat up has long been either white or green tea. Because the 9th century in Japan It's known to have been taken as long ago, and has long been a status symbol and a drink, as well as a drink that is considered to have an extensive number of health benefits.
The difference between green tea and Western black tea isnt that they're different plants they are both created from camellia sinesis, the tea plant but that the leaves are treated differently after they're chosen. Black tea is first dried up and then fermented such that it can last longer, while green teas treatment stops after the drying stage, whilst the green shade of the leaves continues to be present. It also means that it's a much cleaner style than black tea, while this means that green tea doesnt stay clean for very long, and many think that it's much better for you.
The first time you taste green tea you'll probably genuinely believe that it somehow likes green, or grass-like, but it's hard to describe. The simplest way to figure out whether youll like it or not would be to just give it a go.
