I Discovered Leather Furniture

I'm unsure why I was so agains... 

I have been decorating homes and helping other people decorate their homes for as long as I can remember. I have always had a visual attention and a talent for putting fabrics and colors and pieces together to create beautiful areas. I had been against using leather furniture without exceptions up to recently rawhide . I found, however, so just how great using leather furniture could be in a home after I helped a customer place leather furniture within their cottage. 

I'm unsure why I was therefore against using leather furniture in houses. I think I recall my mother, also and interior designer, telling me that leather furniture was not supposed to take homes. She would allow her customers to position leather furniture in medical or law offices. So I think I came by my distaste for leather furniture genuinely. I think the fact that I've yet to place leather furniture into a property and that I've been an interior designer for nearly two decades has additionally helped develop the feeling I have that domiciles can be done and done beautifully without leather. 

My transformation came a couple of months ago when a client hired me onto decorate a cottage they'd just purchased for a summer home. Leather furniture was suggested by them early on within our meetings and every time I would shake my head kindly and make an effort to change the subject. The issue was finally confronted by them as I was offering samples and photographs of the kinds of furniture I saw for his or her cottage. They asked me why I didn't encourage individuals to use leather furniture and I realized for the very first time that I did not have a good answer for them. 

After having a few hours of looking at examples of leather furniture online I became gradually convinced that maybe it had been an excellent alternative with this particular task. So I broke my twenty-year pattern and helped my clients place the correct types of leather furniture at different sites throughout their cottage. The project proved amazingly well and I even began to re-consider the plans I'd created for my own lakehouse. 

I have since become so fond of using leather furniture in some jobs that I've led clients to that choice at least five or six times visit site . I've even ordered two pieces of great leather furniture for my own lakehouse. I'm forever glad that I finally found leather furniture.
