Russian Twist: Sit with your back straight. Keep your hands straight in front of you and lean back at an angle of 45 degrees. Keep your lower body still, and then twist your upper body slowly from left to right for three sets of 8 to 15 repetitions.

Eat in.Lunchtime at work is the only time I would eat out, but I've been saving money by either brown-bagging it or going to the store across the street to get frozen dinners (2 for $2! You can't beat that!), a salad, fruit, or sandwich fixings. I'll splurge once a week or so and spend $8 on lunch somewhere, but that's considered a treat.

Pectoral Deck: The inner portion of your chest needs the same kind of rigorous workout as the rest of the muscles. You can perform the pectoral workout without a machine as well. If you have access to a gym or have the machine at home you can easily do them. You can grab couple of dumbbells (weight totally depending on you) and place your hands on either sides with elbows bent. Raise the hands so that the elbows are parallel to the shoulders. Lightly squeeze the back muscles and your abs to bring your elbows closer to the chest. Just as the machine would work your inner chest, the free-weights will provide the same kind of result.

Look Up and Down: This next exercise, you can perform, perhaps at your desk when at work. Lean back on your chair, and turn your head upwards to face the ceiling. When you reach this position, press your tongue firmly to the roof of your mouth. Hold this position until you feel your neck muscles tightening. When you do, lower your chin once and then lift it again. Repeat this about 5 times, then relax for about 10 counts before resuming. You can do this exercise as many times as you want.

You can look these up online, but it mainly consists of, well... Making some funny faces. Pull all your facial muscles as tight as you can. This will improve the strength of the muscles in your face, hence, improving the look of your skin. Think of it like a person who loses a lot of weight and then works out to tone and shape their body and fill in the loose skin.
