Last week the new game in Grand Theft Auto franchise was announced on the Rockstar Homepage , the only information that was given was a Twitter Hash tag #GTAV and a date showing when the first trailer will be coming , which will be November 2nd.Although no one knows when GTA 5 will be released there is many speculation towards April 2012. What's more this is because in 2008 GTA:IV released on April 29th.Despite that GTA 5 would be the biggest launch of all time , as the last GTA sold over 20 million copies and has had world wide enjoyment and still played to this day. It would even smash Battlefield 3 and Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 out of the water.We'll all wait in anticipation in till the Trailer goes live , but till then we'll have to speculate to when GTA 5 will be located. Some of the most popular suggestions include a new LA , which will be similar to LA Noire but set in the present time gamers have already said that they would be very interested in this if this was the case. Another romour suggested that it would be set in the modern day London. Although Rockstar has already set a GTA game in London , so that would be very unlikely.We'll all have to wait for the trailer which is being slated for November 2nd at 5PM GMT. Hopefully it will reveal where it will be set and the characters will be playing (Hopefully we don't have to call our "Cousin" Every second to go bowling. ) Another important aspect would get from the trailer is how far into the development cycle they are , with that we could gauge when the game would be released , market analysts are saying Q2-Q4 which is about the time Call Of Duty launches , which could spell the end to the Call Of Duty franchise and the as majority of people started Gaming with GTA and the long lasting appeal GTA 5 would give , it could decrease Call Of Duties Sale's for the first time.Anyway , we'll have to wait and see..Where would you let GTA 5 to be set? Perhaps Liberty City again? Or Maybe Dallas or Boston?

Personally , there is great speculation that it will indeed in San Andreas , that PS2 game was the pherhaps the most popular video game of it's generation. With the new RAGE engine it coule look amazing and it could bring back some hard core GTA Players too.
