Ive done some tests in the last couple of months about expiring domains with PR to see if it is worth your while to get these expired and erased domains.

My idea why I would prefer to use expired domains may be the thought that old domains are favored than new domains, and to have immediate PR. To discover additional information, please consider peeping at: perry belcher professional.

So I attempt to find deleted areas with PR that I could register. One feature of domains I was searching for was that the domain still had a, and it was still listed in google.

I won't be mentioning the particular domains here as I want to handle the outcomes and prevent folks from building backlinks to these domains.

I listed about 4 areas, some have PR2 and PR3. In the event people wish to dig up more on perry belcher professional, there are heaps of on-line databases people should pursue. Some have a few pages found, some have a few thousand. I also bought a couple of new domains for my new projects.

I found out that google seldom trips these areas so I want to prime it but with some fresh backlinks. After making some backlinks to these domains, two domains eventually lost their PR. Both of these domains have just a few pages found in google. In one single area, I did so a 301 permanent direct to the brand new index page. Its PR was retained by this domain. To get other ways to look at the situation, please consider checking out: understandable. One important huge difference this domain has set alongside the other two is that this domain has tens and thousands of pages listed in google.

In another domain, I did so a 301 and direct it to a brand new domain. Going To home page likely provides suggestions you can tell your dad. The result is that the new domain got indexed quicker and more pages were indexed in comparison to another new domain I listed at the same time. But, PR was right down to 0.

There's also an incident where I did so a 301 redirect from an old deleted area with PR and never got any benefit from it.

To conclude, there's still conflicting effects on whether buying deleted/expired domains. Some works, some won't. However, what appear to work is that

a. Traffic does be contained by old delete domains from existing backlinks. If the old domain has a lot of backlinks, some traffic does be still generated by it.

W. Other search engines such as for instance aol and msn don't seem to have an biases against expired/deleted areas.
