We will be showing you on the correct way to re attach or replace the clip of a set of clip in hair extensions that can be easily be repaired at home.
Get a strong thread, ideally some hair extension weaving thread.
Double the thread by folding for security
Poke the doubled thread through the clips holes specified.
Locate the clip to the position on the hair weave.
Use a needle, ideally a weaving needle, to sew the clip to the hair weave.
Tie the thread securely and lightly tug on the clip to ensure security
Looking After the Hair Itself
Hair extension clips are not the only part of clip in hair extensions that could make them unusable, the hair itself required a bit of TLC. Human hair is an organic material, and at times can be very unpredictable. It is advised to use Hair Extension Shampoo and Conditioner that has been specifically designed for maintaining detached human hair.
Keep Brushing to a Minimum
Excessive brushing of hair extensions strips the hair from the hair extension weft like it would you own head. The only difference being that the hair on the weft will not grow back resulting in very fine hair on the hair extensions themselves. The advised frequency of brushing is once a day.
