Win-dows Vista - Clean Mount Tips

Perform a clean installation of Windows Vista

Several days ago I produced an article entitled,'9 Suggestions To Keep Windows XP Running Smooth.'

After that I published a lengthy (by requisite) post masking, 'Upgrading To Microsoft Win-dows Vista Tips.' I've since received a few email requests for ideas o-n clean Vista installs distributing them for wider use and am so I have compiled those interactions. This is easier and much shorter.

There are no secrets here. Anything I cover is published within the windows help files or spread across the Microsoft website. Perhaps it is created in a significantly more practical form here. At least it'll keep you from needing to do the searches, from searching out the chaff, and from selecting the functional information.

Would you remember the PC and MAC ads? You might need to watch this one again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ci2D1ig4df4&mode=related&search=

Don't let it scare you off. To discover additional information, please consider having a gaze at: recommendations_when_getting_an_air_purifier [HostsVault Wiki]. Only know there are often important changes in what a computer may have and what Vista needs.

Yet another warning to run the win-dows Vista Upgrade Advisor before doing whatever else is to be able. It is found at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/upgradeadvisor.mspx

First, Please understand that these records relates to a clear install..It won't work with an update!

If you want update help please refer to my article o-n upgrading to Vista at http://remotehelpdesk1.com/articles.htm

Second, APPLIES TO THE NEXT VISTA EDITIONS (YOU'LL FIND VERSION COMPARISONS AT http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/editions/choose.mspx )

Win-dows Vista Home Basic

Windows Vista Home Premium

Windows Vista Ultimate

Windows Vista Business

Win-dows Vista Enterprise

Win-dows Vista Starter

Warning:

In a clean installation, current data is removed - that includes papers, images, films, music, packages, etc. This data includes options and personal data. Please back up or make copies of any and all information you want to maintain another hard disk or computer before proceeding any further.

After you install the Vista operating-system, you must also reinstall all plans and restore any data you moved in the earlier step. AGAIN!!..Make sure that you back-up your personal and business data before you perform clean installation.

To do a clean installation of Win-dows Vista, use one of the following techniques only after (I can not say it enough) running the upgrade expert, it's found at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/upgradeadvisor.mspx

A lot of people don't see the fine print: There are 23 (count them 23) warnings and exceptions hid behind this tiny ditty (Some product functions are only available using versions of Windows Vista and may require advanced or additional equipment) hid by the end of Microsoft's 100 Reasons why you should improve to Vista.
